This application is used to monitor kiteboarding and sailboarding conditions at 3rd Avenue in Foster City, California. It will be of limited value to anyone outside of the community. It combines 4 types of information: (1) weather dials, particularly for wind speed and direction but there are others, (2) the same webcam imagery as on the website, (3) forecasted conditions, and (4) tide information at San Mateo Bridge West End. Wind information is updated several times a minute. There is also an iPad and Apple Watch interface.
